I view energy readings and shaman sessions as being similar to traditional therapy, in that they can help you become aware of unconscious patterns that are guiding your life. It’s a step towards understanding and accepting yourself.
As a trained energy reader and shaman, I act as a mirror.
My training allows me to stay clear so I reflect yourselves back to you – your higher self, your inner child, whichever part you are ready and willing to see.
I believe when we expand our self-awareness, through energy work or any type of therapy, we can see our inherent worth and remove any obstacles blocking us from our dreams.
