Gratitude Souffle

You don’t need a good oven or technique to create this gorgeous dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Thankfulness
  • 1 Cup Sadness
  • 1 Cup Memories
  • 4 Tbsp Laughter
  • 1 Teardrop

Instructions:

  • In a beautiful mental bowl, mix together with your hands 1 C Thankfulness (reserve other cup), and 1 C Sadness. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  • Add 1 C Memories and combine to form a dough.
  • Knead the dough for one minute until you cannot distinguish individual ingredients.
  • Add 4 Tbsp Laughter and watch the dough expand to twice its size.
  • Form a ball with the dough and roll in the reserved cup of Thankfulness.
  • Place in mental oven for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the cooked dough of Thankfulness, Sadness, Memories, and Laughter. Do not be concerned if it has not risen.
  • Add one teardrop and watch the dough rise to form a perfect souffle.
  • Let cool for a few minutes, then gobble it up. This souffle is for you. Feel its warmth soothe your hurts and expand your gratitude.
