In The Vortex, Esther and Jerry Hicks talk about how in our energetic world, NO does not exist. If you focus on what you don’t want, you give it energy. Worry only strengthens that on which you focus.

Our collective thoughts create our collective reality. What we are experiencing is what we seek to experience. It is not happening TO us, we are creating it.

You might ask, “How can I not worry?” The problem here is with the question itself—you are asking how to NOT do something.

A more helpful question is, “What DO I want?”

Do you have extra time right now because sports, school, and maybe work are canceled? How many times have you said you would do something if only you had more time? Well, now you have it, so use it to your advantage.

Even when there isn’t an official crisis, there’s always the possibility that the reality you know today will be gone tomorrow.

We only have THIS MOMENT.

One of the very best ways to reduce fear and anxiety is to make a list of things you are grateful for. You might be tempted to say, “But we don’t know what’s going to happen.” News flash: You NEVER know what’s going to happen. Live your life from a place of love and gratitude, and with the certainty that the only thing you can be sure of is this moment.

ONE: Gratitude possibilities

TWO: If it’s easier, make a list of happy memories and things you like in general.

THREE: Turn your worries into a list of what you want.

Having a physical body is a lot of work, but there are a lot of benefits. Remember all the reasons you are happy to be alive. All the reasons you want to live. All the reasons you want the world to be okay.

Focus your energy on what you DO WANT. Right now, in this very moment!

“As soon as you honor the present moment, all unhappiness and struggle dissolve, and life begins to flow with joy and ease. When you act out the present-moment awareness, whatever you do becomes imbued with a sense of quality, care, and love – even the most simple action.”
― Eckhart Tolle, The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment

May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all.” -Sanskrit Mantra

Be inspired. Go forth. Create your day.
