The Good Day Elixir

  • 1 cup of gratitude
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 cups of smiles
  • 1 splash of movement

How to prepare:

  1. Take a deep breath and say, “Thank you.”
  2. Drink a glass of water and imagine each drop carrying your gratitude to every cell of your body.
  3. Smile.
  4. Stretch your arms up to the sky, then make a rainbow as bring them down to your sides. Roll your head to the left, then to the right.
  5. Serve in a bright mental glass garnished with glitter.
  6. Smile at everyone you see today, and imagine offering them a sip of your drink.
