Reflection and action require a lot of energy, which is why it’s time for a SOUL SNACK.

RECIPE

MENTAL GRANOLA

As a complement to any fitness, nutrition, or badass goal plan, enjoy handfuls every day. Wash down with water.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup affirmations
  • 1 cup deep breaths
  • 1 cup gratitude
  • 1 cup who do I love
  • 1 cup who loves me
  • 3 cups compassion

Preparation:

  1. Write down three affirmations. I accept myself. I love myself. I trust myself.
  2. Gather one deep breath
  3. Think of one thing you are thankful for
  4. Think of one person you love
  5. Think of one person who loves you
  6. Think of someone who needs help and send your love to them. Send that same compassion to yourself.
  7. Combine all ingredients in a beautiful mental bowl. Adjust amounts and add ingredients according to your preference.
