Confronting Ideas

It is easy to find theories that inspire us because we are energetically aligned with them, but if you want to learn more about yourself, spend some time on theories that confront you.
White Lies

I was shocked the other day when a podcaster I really like said, “A white lie isn’t really a lie.”
I feel compelled to say I totally disagree. If a white LIE weren’t a lie, it wouldn’t be called a LIE.
That Was Fun

Get UNSTUCK. Motivate yourself one tiny accomplishment and reward at a time. Make it your goal every day to be able to say, “That was fun!”
The Shadow Knows

If you listen to your shadow, you will act with intention, rather than doing something you don’t want to do. When you do something you don’t want to do, it is your shadow rebelling because you are not listening.
Be Big

I’m not a big fan of the word “humble.” Most of the time when I see people being humble they are muting their voices or misrepresenting what they do.
Happiness Tip

Put on your abundance hat, and tip like it’s 2020! When you give money generously, the Universe hears, “I have plenty to share,” and it mobilizes to ensure that is indeed your reality.
January Assessment

What am I doing with my life? Is this the life I want to be living?
January is an excellent month for assessment. This is true whether you have made New Year resolutions, haven’t gotten around to it yet, or have no intention of doing so.
Splendid Birthday

I find it hard to put into words why your birthday is something to love. Recently I read the poem Remember by Joy Harjo who was appointed the U.S. poet laureate in 2019. So far, her poem is the closest I can get to explaining why birthdays are so fantastic.
Magic and Miracles

Create a multi-sensory snowglobe talisman to inspire your year.
Enough Already

New Year’s Resolutions…If you don’t like who you are, there are probably a bunch of things blocking your view of yourself. You don’t need to be better, you just need to be you.
