No one else in the world has the same combination of gifts and quirks, beauty and humor, doubts and beliefs, as you. Today, congratulate yourself for being here now. It’s a miracle, and the world is better off for it.

Go Forth…

Inertia (def): a tendency to remain unchanged

Law of Inertia (def): a body at rest tends to stay at rest, a body in motion tends to stay in motion

Inertia is a helpful force, as long as you keep changing it. Ironic, but true. Inertia is LEGIT. Do whatever you can to change it up at least once a day.

Law of Happiness: A happy body alternates between staying at rest and being in motion.

  • If you’re stuck inside yourself, reach out.
  • If you can’t stop watching videos and reading the news, move away from your phone/computer/tv for an hour. Half an hour. Ten minutes!
  • If you haven’t exercised lately, do ten squats.
  • If all you do is exercise, read a book instead of doing your workout.
  • If you can’t stop eating cookies, try eating a piece of fruit first. Then have the cookies.

Most importantly, drink some water and remind yourself you are doing the best you can. The world is better off with you in it, no matter what you do.

Be inspired. Go forth. Create your day.
