SUDOKU WEEK – MONDAY
Sudoku puzzles can teach us a lot about our lives. This week, I will explore the topic.
In the Monday newspaper, the Sudoku puzzle is a difficulty level 2 (out of 5), so it’s easy to get started. You can find the first number without much thought.
I like to take the Sudoku puzzle approach to my week: Monday—Difficulty Level 2—Look for the obvious.
- Drink lots of water.
- Wear something red, and imagine being firmly connected to the earth. (See Root Chakra post)
- Eat as many fresh fruits and vegetables as possible. (Red tomatoes!)
- Pay bills.
- Look at the week’s schedule to see if anything requires preparation.
- Make a list of priorities for today.
- Make a list of priorities for the week.
- Take a deep breath.
- Say, “I love you,” to yourself.
- Say, “I love you,” to someone else.
- Smile.
