Keep It Simple

SUDOKU WEEK – MONDAY

Sudoku puzzles can teach us a lot about our lives. This week, I will explore the topic.

In the Monday newspaper, the Sudoku puzzle is a difficulty level 2 (out of 5), so it’s easy to get started. You can find the first number without much thought.

I like to take the Sudoku puzzle approach to my week: Monday—Difficulty Level 2—Look for the obvious.

  1. Drink lots of water.
  2. Wear something red, and imagine being firmly connected to the earth. (See Root Chakra post)
  3. Eat as many fresh fruits and vegetables as possible. (Red tomatoes!)
  4. Pay bills.
  5. Look at the week’s schedule to see if anything requires preparation.
  6. Make a list of priorities for today.
  7. Make a list of priorities for the week.
  8. Take a deep breath.
  9. Say, “I love you,” to yourself.
  10. Say, “I love you,” to someone else.
  11. Smile.
