Today’s inspiration: Crown Chakra

How to use it: The crown chakra is located on the top of your head and is associated with the colors purple and gold. It connects us to the Universe. Imagine a golden cord stretching from everything you see up into the sky…from your phone, a book, your heart, a plant, your spouse, your reflection…see the cords connecting them all to the Universe.

Example: You look at the pile of dishes in the sink and imagine golden cords stretching up into the Universe from each cup and plate. As you clean the dishes, see golden cords also stretching from your hands, up to the sky and also to the dishes. Picture a purple crown on your head and repeat, “I am an extension of the Universe. I am an extension of the Universe. I am an extension of the Universe.”

Skeptical? Just try it and see how you feel. Worst case scenario: The dishes are done.
